Service charges will be determined based on the nature of the problem, required parts, and labor. An estimate will be provided before any major work is undertaken. You agree to pay for all services rendered and parts used in the repair process.
If your device is under warranty, we will attempt to facilitate warranty service. However, warranty approval is subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Any repairs done outside of warranty coverage will be charged according to our standard rates.
You are responsible for backing up all important data before submitting your device for service. Sri Sai Technologies is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process, including but not limited to software reinstallation, hardware failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
While we exercise due care in handling your equipment, Sri Sai Technologies is not liable for any consequential damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the repair service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
All replacement parts used in repairs are either genuine manufacturer parts or high-quality compatible alternatives. Used parts may be utilized when appropriate and with your consent. We provide a warranty on parts and labor as per our standard warranty policy.
We will provide an estimated timeline for service completion. However, delays may occur due to parts availability, complexity of repairs, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
You agree to provide accurate information about the problem and device history. You must be available for communication regarding service progress and approval of additional work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Any disputes arising from our service will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to applicable local laws and regulations.
